\nIntroduction: What is the critique of power, domination and racism? How does it relate intersectionally to structures such as classism and sexism, and how does it relate to developmental education work. <\/p>\n
\nEducational Events: What do educational events that critique racism and power look like? How can content, invitations, methods, etc., be planned in concrete terms? <\/p>\n
\nPublic Relations: What does public relations that challenges racism and power look like? How can flyers, websites, images, and language be tailored to this approach? <\/p>\n
\nEvent Planning: What Does Event Planning That Critically Examines Racism and Power Look Like?
\nWhat might event formats, speaker selection, venue planning, invitations, multilingualism, etc., as well as a power-critical evaluation of these events, look like?<\/p>\n
\nStructures: How can structures within an organization be critically analyzed? What methods and tools are available for analysis? How can further changes to structures be planned, and how can people\u2014including those within one\u2019s own organization\u2014be supported? <\/p>\n
\nWe view this training as the beginning of a long process of change. We will support this process with ideas, input, expertise, and tools. <\/p>\n
\nWe ask that participants commit to attending the first two seminars. Starting with the third session, participants may attend individual seminars. <\/p>\n
